The Oh Factor-
With a number of amazing restaurants and cafes mushrooming in the city, it is becoming quite a task to pick out the nice ones. Meraaki Kitchen is one such amazing place to enjoy a delectable meal with your family and pals.
Spread over a large area, this distinctive restaurant offers a great ambience due to its spacious interiors and well adorned décor. The contemporary art installations along with the unique aura, this place is surely unique and differs from the regular restaurants. The main dining area of Meraaki Kitchen is dominated by warm interiors and contemporary art pieces.
The restaurant serves an array of vegetarian food including Indian, Lebanese, Thai and Burmese cuisine. The dishes are presented in an exquisite manner. You will be left perplexed with the twists in the regular dishes. For instance- Pizza becomes Naaniza; enjoy the fusion of street food and Mexican cuisine by ordering Sev Puri Tacos and taste the unique Dahi Papdi Wasabi for a different experience altogether. The star dishes include- Pav Bhaji Fondue, Burmese Khao Suey, Melting Chocolate Ball ( a must have dessert for the chocoholics, a huge chocolate ball served with hot caramel sauce).
The restaurant is founded by Shivika Kothari and Neha Shah. Neha Shah has been the fame of Master Chef and is quite renowned for her culinary skills all throughout the country. The place also has an amazing set up for outdoor seating, if you want to enjoy the food along with the weather. Meraaki Kitchen is one of the very few vegetarian restaurants of Jaipur to plug the gap between the inviting interiors and scrumptious food.
