Punjab Grill celebrates ‘Rangla Punjab,’ a special festival to celebrate ‘the Punjab’ in Punjab Grill. A specially curated menu is launched by the Brand Chef Gurpreet Singh to savour the depth and diversity of Punjabi cuisine.

In conversation with Sharmila Chand, he talks about special dishes including Kotkapura Atta Chicken, Kunna Meat, Pind Da Saag, the heavenly Harey Chholiye Da Pulao, Maa Chholey Di Daal and end the meal on a sweet note with the decadent Makhaane Di Kheer.
